14 Day Returns Guarantee
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything that you purchase from the Cabana Sports website. Therefore, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date of shipping for a refund or exchange.
Please note that these return guidelines only apply to products purchased on the Cabana Sports website. We cannot accept returns of product purchased elsewhere.
Please fill out this RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM and send the form back with your return. We do not accept any liability for items that are mishandled while in transit; we highly recommend that any packages returned to us are sent via registered US Postal Service and that you retain your receipt until you have received your refund. Complete the return form along with the reason return number in the “Reason for Return ” print a copy to include inside the box.
Please return your purchase to us in its original packaging with any related accessories or instruction booklets, and the relevant receipt and shipping notice. Any refund will be made to the card used when placing your order and will be for the full amount of the goods purchased excluding any delivery charges. We will send you an email to confirm that your refund will be processed within 14 days following receipt of your returned product.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the goods as above and then contact our customer services department on (818)717-8200 will assist you with your new order and extend complimentary delivery.
Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning an item under this 14 Day Returns Guarantee unless you are returning faulty, damaged or goods sent incorrectly by us in which case we will refund your postage costs upon verification.

Please be aware that incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled items will not be refunded or exchanged.
We are happy to offer a refund on all swimwear items providing they are returned within 14 days unworn, in resalable condition, with any tags and hang tags still attached and the original hygiene strip, where applicable, intact. Please ensure that all swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear as we will not accept returns on items that have been worn or soiled.
Distance Selling Regulations
To cancel your order, please provide us with written notice by US Mail, FEDEX to Cabana Sports Returns Department, 18543 Devonshire Blvd. Suite 450 Northridge, CA 91324, or by email to info@ZoggsUSA.com, in each case within the statutory cooling-off period and giving details of the items ordered, and (where appropriate) their delivery date.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the item has been delivered to you, please replace the item securely in its original packing and return it to us with your shipping notice to the above address.
A refund will be made to the credit card/pay pal account used when placing your original order and will be for the full amount of the goods purchased including any delivery charges. However, please note, that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item in question is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.

We aim to deliver orders to USA mainland addresses within 2-4 working days after receipt. However during sale periods and holidays packages may require longer to be delivered. Please allow 7 days before contacting our customer services department.
You may be required to sign for your package when it is delivered. If you are not at home when the package arrives, a card will be left for you to arrange an alternative delivery date or to pick your package up from the carrier’s depot or local sorting office. Please note we ship most orders/shipments ground using FED X Ground or US postal Service.

If you require express delivery, we will ship your order on the same day as long as we receive it by 11am. You should expect to receive your order the following day and a signature will be required upon receipt. This will be delivered by FED X Overnight.
Please note we do not deliver at weekends and therefore any next day orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday and orders placed during weekends will be delivered on the following Tuesday
Can I change my delivery address once I have placed my order?
As long as it hasn’t been processed we are able to change your delivery address.
What if I am out when my order is delivered?
Our carrier will leave a card, you may have to collect from your local collection office or rearrange the delivery with the carrier company.
Do you deliver outside of USA?
Unfortunately we are only able to deliver to addresses with a USA zip code at this time. email us if you have a special request. firstname.lastname@example.org
Can I recycle my packaging?
Most waste packaging can be recycled. To help you recycle your empty packaging; we support Recycling in all ways possible. Visit www.recycle.com for more information on how to recycle including tips and locations that will take your recyclable waste
